Mr. Fragnito brings to INDA, The Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry a career focused on supporting the needs of globally oriented professional and industry associations during times of rapid change. While grounded in the fundamentals of operations, program and financial management, he challenges organizations to take bold actions toward new business models and leveraging strategic partnerships. These efforts, in coordination with Murat Dogru, his counterpart at EDANA, The Voice of the Nonwoven Industry, has resulted in the formation of the Global Nonwovens Alliance, or GNA.

Dr. Chanchai Sirikasemlert is the Executive Director of the Thailand Textile Institute, bringing expertise in textile innovation, quality assurance, and industry standards. With a Ph.D. in Textiles from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Dr. Chanchai has led initiatives in textile processing and testing, previously serving as Director of Technology Promotion at the Institute. His experience includes quality management at Intertek Testing Services and expertise in Oeko-Tex and ISO standards. Dr. Chanchai’s leadership fosters growth and innovation in Thailand’s textile industry through strategic research, consulting, and international partnerships.

Mr. Niwat Lersnimitthum serves as Chairman of the Thai Nonwoven Fabrics Industry Trade Association and Vice Chairman of the Textile Industry Club within the Federation of Thai Industries. He is the Director and Managing Director of Tietex Asia, Ltd., a position he has held since 1996. With a strong background in industrial engineering. His extensive experience and leadership continue to drive advancements in Thailand's textile and nonwoven sectors.

Mr. Socrates Ng finished his high school years in Hong Kong La Salle College.
He was a Soccer Team Captain. Later on, he went to further his study in the US and graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor Degree in International Finance in 1993. Socrates has been in the Non Woven industry since 1993, and specialized in needle punching felt. Over the years, he has developed several innovative products and had been granted with international patents. Since 2005, he has become the Managing Director of Fairtech Holding Limited. In 2017, Mr Socrates Ng was elected the President of Hong Kong Non Woven Association (HKNA).

in sustainable materials. Sojitz is one of the largest Japanese trading firms (Sogo -
Shosha), focusing mainly in (sustainability) products & investments that would
otherwise be destined for decarbonization projects.
He started his career at the C.P. (Charoen Pokphand Group), where he led research &
development section. After leaving, he was Head of Commercial in FMCG firm for 4
years, where he worked through multinational marketing channels. Now he has been
working in Sojitz since August 2016 and responsible in President of the TBIA Association,
which leads all of supply chain of Bioplastics in Thailand.

Since last 5 years he has been working at BCH in areas of Market Research, Business Development and New Project setup in the Absorbent Hygiene, Nonwovens and Technical textiles industry. He has a global experience by working with companies from Asia, Europe and the Americas. BCH Further organises various industry events and runs India’s oldest dedicated Technical textiles and Nonwovens magazine – Tech Tex India.

With a strong academic foundation, holding a B.Sc. in Agro-Industry from Kasetsart University and a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the Petroleum and Petrochemical College at Chulalongkorn University, he has been a driving force behind advancing BioPBS into high-performance, sustainable applications, particularly in food packaging. the dedication of her team.
Dr. Jatesuda holds a Bachelor's degree in Agro-Industry from Kasetsart University,
Thailand, and a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the Petroleum and Petrochemical College
at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. She has made significant contributions to the
R&D teams at Siam Modified Starch and SMS Corporation, driving for ward
