Dr. Chanchai Sirikasemlert is the Executive Director of the Thailand Textile Institute, bringing expertise in textile innovation, quality assurance, and industry standards. With a Ph.D. in Textiles from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Dr. Chanchai has led initiatives in textile processing and testing, previously serving as Director of Technology Promotion at the Institute. His experience includes quality management at Intertek Testing Services and expertise in Oeko-Tex and ISO standards. Dr. Chanchai’s leadership fosters growth and innovation in Thailand’s textile industry through strategic research, consulting, and international partnerships.

Mr.Yang Changhui is chairman of Guangdong SanFai Non-woven Machinery Co., LTD. He has been engaged in the research and development of nonwoven fabric technology and nonwoven machinery for nearly four decades. He is one of the main drafters of China industry standards. A number of national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects at his lead have been passed the provincial achievement appraisal, reaching China leading level, filling many domestic gaps in technology, and having a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience in nonwoven fabrics, nonwoven machinery, and nonwoven technology, serving as the technical leader of SANFAI NONWOVEN and a senior technical expert in the industry.

Mr. Socrates Ng finished his high school years in Hong Kong La Salle College.
He was a Soccer Team Captain. Later on, he went to further his study in the US and graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor Degree in International Finance in 1993. Socrates has been in the Non Woven industry since 1993, and specialized in needle punching felt. Over the years, he has developed several innovative products and had been granted with international patents. Since 2005, he has become the Managing Director of Fairtech Holding Limited. In 2017, Mr Socrates Ng was elected the President of Hong Kong Non Woven Association (HKNA).

Mr. Andrew Chen is a senior professor and MBA holder, currently serving as the President of Guangdong Bloom Non-woven Technology Co., Ltd. With 29 years of experience in nonwoven production, technology, management, and R&D, he has been a key figure in the industry. He previously served as Technical & R&D Director for Fore-Berry Asia for over 15 years. A graduate of South China University of Technology, Andrew holds various expert roles in national nonwoven and textile associations. He is recognized for his contributions to the development of nonwoven technologies and has been awarded over 10 patents from the U.S. and China.
